I went to the gym today!


My goal is to loose 15 pounds by december according to my ipod that is 1 pound per week. If I get my but to the gym three days a week and watch what I eat, I should be able to reach my goal. Step one is over, just getting to the gym again. Now to keep it up.

  1. Yay! I told DJ that we had to start running a mile a day...and I was going to keep track...and if we skipped a day we would have to do 2 the next. We still haven't started. Ugg...I need someone to kick me out the door to get my butt moving!
